Role Summary & Impact:
The Supervisor, Social Performance Marketing is responsible for supporting paid social performance marketing efforts for the agency's clients. In this role, you will report on campaign findings, identify opportunities, and help optimize campaigns to achieve the best results
Core Responsibilities:
Work across paid social marketing management platforms, including Meta Business, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and others.
Plan and build digital strategic initiatives within these platforms.
Verify and execute campaigns, including managing paid social accounts and analytics.
Monitor campaigns, ensuring metrics are tracking properly, including pacing and budget adjustments.
Communicate results and recommendations to teams to improve campaigns.
Work with internal teams to optimize budgets and maximize digital campaign effectiveness through A/B testing and innovative executions.
Assist in developing and building presentation decks for client meetings.
Collaborate with vendor partners (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.) to optimize campaigns and deliver best-in-class solutions.
Core Competencies:
4+ years of social campaign stewardship experience required.
Ability to effectively present information in both one-on-one and group settings within the organization.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strategic thinking skills.
Ability to read, comprehend, and write instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Key Performance Indicators:
Meeting client goals and KPIs through digital performance campaigns
