Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR Benefits Administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, and data formatting.
- Experience with SaaS-based Payroll or HCMS (experience with Ceridian/Dayforce is a plus).
- Experience in administering health & welfare benefits, retirement plans, leaves of absence, and ancillary benefits.
- HR Generalist experience across other HR disciplines is advantageous.
- Previous experience as an HR system administrator is helpful.
- Familiarity with managing system access and data security.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, ERISA, and related regulations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present to groups.
- Experience in customer and employee relations.
- Certification by SHRM (CP) or HRCI (PHR) is beneficial.
