Preferred EIT and or on track to get PE. Pay upwards of 140k! Must have land development project experience.
Candidates for this position must demonstrate the following:

Experience must include:
Supervision of engineering designers, including task assignment, work review, and quality control.
Managing project schedules and budgets effectively.
Preparing contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work.
Extensive experience working with clients and public agencies.
Technical expertise must include:
Conducting preliminary engineering design studies, including land use, zoning, site constraints, and regulatory considerations.
Preparing and processing tentative tract maps, understanding final subdivision map processes, and developing public improvement and site development plans for both commercial and residential projects.
Preparing and reviewing hydrologic studies and drainage reports.
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D is required.
This position requires extensive experience and proven abilities in all aspects of land development projects, as well as the ability to work comfortably and productively with both clients and public agencies.
