We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to join our studio in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for a professional who desires to be a part of our purpose - to inspire people to create meaningful human experiences.
The ideal candidate will work closely with a Senior Project Manager ensuring successful project management from conception through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Senior Project Manager on multiple projects.
Manage bid-phase communications and addenda.
Record and maintain project meeting minutes.
Build and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust.
Conduct shop drawing reviews, handle RFI's, ASI's, CO's, and PR's during Construction Administration (CA).
Attend Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings.
Coordinate with Project Architects and consultants.
Maintain project conformance sets and specifications.
Conduct site observations and issue detailed reports.
Perform final site observations and produce punch lists.
Gain exposure to and understand building codes.
Qualifications
Licensure: Only licensed architects are eligible to apply.
Education: A professional degree in architecture or a closely related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture is required. At least 1 year of experience in project management or assisting w/ project management duties.
Communication & Relational Skills: Must have a demonstrated ability to build new client relationships. Professional and courteous verbal and written communication skills. Must be a strong collaborator.
Technical Skills: Applicants must be proficient in REVIT.
Location: Must be able to work in-office in Dallas, Texas.
