HVAC Estimator - On-Site Position We are seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our team. This role involves evaluating project plans and bid documents, calculating construction costs, and consulting with clients and vendors to create accurate bid proposals. You'll work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure all aspects of the project are covered, from initial estimates to final adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
Review project plans and bid documents to create proposals.
Calculate HVAC construction costs and identify potential issues.
Coordinate with other MEP disciplines and attend site walk-throughs.
Qualifications
5+ years of HVAC estimating experience in commercial projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Autobid (Quickpen) is a plus.
Strong mathematical skills and field experience preferred.
