Superintendent Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and manage construction projects in the grocery and retail industry, ensuring timely completion and high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to safety guidelines
Monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders, including clients and management
Oversee and manage project subcontractors and vendors
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction
Experience working on grocery and retail construction projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
