Position Overview We need a top of the line Superintendent with deep experience and strong tenure that will oversee and manage the long term (10-30 month) project assigned to them. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of commercial construction and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinates both project and personnel on the job site
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Communicate with project team, subcontractors, and clients regularly
Review and interpret construction plans and specifications
Oversee quality control and safety standards
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and materials
Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years of experience as a construction superintendent
Experience working on commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects
Familiarity with building codes and regulations
Completed Ground Up Construction Projects
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
