What You Will Be Doing
Specification & constructability review
Value engineering
Job commissioning
Project planning
Job scheduling setting up and overseeing project schedule from commissioning to data delivery
Liaison with Owners, partners and government entities throughout project
Liaison with external subcontractors and suppliers
Execution of documents
Financial management of project, including regular re-forecasting
Formal performance and financial review of each completed project
Manage large & more complicated projects
Co-ordinate wider teams when managing very large projects
Assist with grant applications and securing of financial resources
Receive intended scope from developer and agree on timing
Review scope, clarifying and suggesting improvements to design where appropriate
Co-ordinate estimating
Source quotes from external subcontractors and suppliers where appropriate
Communicate estimates to Development, including advice on timing and capacity
