Manage accounting and administrative services of the organization including clerical, customer and partner order fulfillment, software subscriptions, maintenance and support contracts, accounts receivable and accounts payable, and commissions. Hire, manage, and develop accounting and administrative staff. Oversee all transactional tasks and responsibilities of assistants including expense reports, software subscription and maintenance and support invoicing and tracking, accounts receivable collections and reporting. Knowledge in Billing and revenue cycle along with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting is completed in established timelines. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: 5-7 years of accounting experience and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
