Audit Senior/ Audit Supervisor Opportunities Position Overview We are seeking an Audit Senior to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include leading audit engagements, ensuring quality control standards are met, and mentoring junior staff members. The ideal candidate will have experience in auditing for a variety of industries, including non-profit, construction, automotive, hospitality, healthcare, professional services, and real estate.
Key Responsibilities
Lead audit engagements for a variety of clients
Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the audit process
Mentor and train junior staff members
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Identify and communicate potential issues to management
Stay up to date on industry and regulatory changes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA license (For Supervisory level) or progress towards CPA (Seniors)
4+ years of experience in public accounting or related field
Experience in auditing for non-profit, construction, automotive, hospitality, healthcare, professional services, and real estate industries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software
