Position Overview As our Estimator, you'll be the financial foundation of our custom home projects. You'll play a crucial role by accurately assessing project costs, collaborating effectively with our team and clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on budget. This role will require having an excellent understanding of the construction industry, a keen eye for detail and great organizational skills
What You'll Do
Analyze project plans and create detailed cost estimates.
Work closely with architects, contractors, and clients.
Find creative ways to save money without sacrificing quality.
Track project costs and communicate effectively amongst all parties.
Ensure projects meet building codes and regulations.
What You'll Need
Experience estimating custom home construction.
In-depth knowledge of construction materials and processes.
Strong math, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in construction software and blueprints.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
Bachelor's degree in construction or related field preferred.
