Project Engineer (Manufacturing)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of CAPEX and Operations projects. The Project Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure success in the development and implementation of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of CAPEX and Operations projects.
  • Coordinate all aspects of project management, including budget, timeline, and resources.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure successful project completion within budget and schedule constraints.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating CAPEX and Operations projects.
  • Experience in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
