Bridge Superintendent Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Bridge Superintendent to oversee and manage the construction of bridges in heavy civil construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the construction of bridges and other related structures
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Monitor progress, quality, and costs of construction projects
Resolve any issues or problems that may arise on the job site
Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in bridge construction and heavy civil construction
Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar supervisory role
Familiarity with construction management software
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
