Management of environmental remediation projects and developing long-range remedial solutions to environmental and property assessments to reduce environmental risks and protect company assets. Senior Manager is responsible for the successful investigation, remedial project design, and implementation pursuant to regulatory agency and/or company direction on matters with significant legal and financial implications to the Company.
Responsible :
Responses and solutions related to CERCLA, RCRA corrective action, and hazardous waste treatment unit Investigations, closures, and reporting with regulatory agencies and third parties to minimize regulatory impact and compliance issues
Remediation solutions that minimize regulatory impact and compliance related to development of real property
Management of a broad portfolio of corporate legacy sites in various stages of investigation and remediation as well as sites with multiple parties, cost allocations, and responsible party coordination committees including replacement water supply agreement negotiation and implementation.
Essential Functions:
Manage projects to achieve cost and schedule commitment to Annual Plan using multl• dlscipllnary team of internal/external professionals and contractors integrating responses with internal stakeholders including finance, legal, operations and risk management.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial documentation, including budget projections, environmental liability reserve amounts consistent with accounting guidance, including Sarbanes Oxley, and development of project cost/benefit analyses to support business decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
