- Maximize profits by establishing and executing business plans
- Partner with senior leaders to achieve forecasts and ensure customer excellence

- Support short- and long-range financial development and management of the division
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

- Maintain positive reputation within the community and engage with government officials when necessary
Requirements:
- Must have a proven track record in operational, senior management roles working for production homebuilders, will consider candidates operating at VP level for construction, land, or operations functions
- Must be able to demonstrate success across functions such as Land, Sales, Finance & Construction
- Must be a strong leader of people
- Knowledge of fiscal and human resource management techniques
- Familiarity with governmental regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong financial analysis, planning, and supervisory skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
