The Business Service Representative (BSR) is an inside sales role in which you will play a key part in driving both internal and external business growth by engaging with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) remotely through phone, virtual meetings, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting outreach, opening new accounts, and servicing existing accounts to achieve sales objectives. You will develop strong relationships with HCPs, educating them on product features, benefits, safety profiles, and approved applications to ensure proper patient use. Utilizing approved promotional tools, you will maintain a high level of product knowledge and account management expertise.
In this role, you will also collaborate closely with the field sales team and senior management to support overall business goals. Additionally, you may handle inbound customer support calls and serve as a key liaison with field sales to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales Management: Handle and convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities by providing detailed product information.
Outbound Sales Outreach: Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate new leads, particularly targeting Med Spas, Dermatology, and Plastic Surgery clinics.
Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Manage leads through the sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and relevant information.
Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM software to track and report on sales activities and customer data.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve sales objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven success in sales or relevant professional experience.
Flexibility to operate across multiple time zones, as required.
Ability to successfully launch products in a fast-paced, high-visibility, and dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of analytics, budgeting, and key revenue drivers.
