Role Description

We are seeking a highly proficient and seasoned Financial Advisor to become part of our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be pivotal in delivering comprehensive financial guidance and overseeing the financial health of our clients. The ideal candidate will boast a solid foundation in financial planning with a dedication to serving clients with integrity in a fiduciary role.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and overall financial situation.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on their financial plans and investments.
• Conduct thorough financial analyses to create comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop strategies for retirement planning, tax optimization, estate planning, and other relevant financial goals.
• Continuously monitor and adjust financial plans based on changes in client's circumstances or market conditions.
• Act in the best interests of clients, placing their financial well-being above all else.
• Adhere to fiduciary standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring transparency and integrity in all financial dealings.
• Educate clients on financial concepts, investment strategies, and market trends.
• Clearly communicate complex financial information in a simple and understandable manner.
• Conduct periodic reviews and educational sessions to empower clients to make informed financial decisions.
• Develop local centers of influence while continuously looking for opportunities to establish relationships with potential prospects and strategic partners.
• Participate in designing and developing key marketing initiatives, driving prospective client, and existing client engagement.
• Represent the firm by attending and presenting at client and prospective client-focused marketing events.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees (CFP, CFA, or similar) are highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Financial Advisor with a focus on fiduciary responsibility.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and relevant regulations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional ethical standards and commitment to acting in the best interests of clients.
• Relevant certifications and licenses as required by regulatory authorities.

License/Certification
• Series 65 License (Required)
• Life and Health License

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary plus commissions
