Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Trinity, FL for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the Insurance industry with experience. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will involve working closely with insurance agents, maintaining and updating customer information, processing policy changes, and assisting with claims processing.
Qualifications
Prior experience in the insurance industry, specifically in a customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using insurance-related software and systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with insurance policies and regulations
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or courses in insurance are a plus
