You'll be part of a well-known and fast-growing construction company located in Tampa specializing in Interiors and Retail Projects $15-20 Million.
Responsibilities
Report significant issues in a timely manner to the Project Executive / SR PM / VP's and prepare Weekly / Bi-weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
Participate in reviewing, evaluating and organizing documentation related to the planning, site, design, construction, and contract management.
Evaluate approvals for all changes in project scope, budget and/or schedule.
Implement and maintain budget and schedule controls.
Support with preconstruction and estimating throughout the project
Responsible for all pay applications.
Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record situations, activities and commitments.

Qualifications
B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.
5+ years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Retail, ground up / renovations.
To be successful you need to be able to read construction drawings, coordination, and be familiar with the Tampa area subcontractor and vendor market.
Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.
Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software are important.
