Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Executive to join our client's team in Tampa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing education and healthcare construction projects, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on education and healthcare projects.
