Summary: IntraPack designs and manufactures energy storage systems along with data center infrastructure products. We're currently searching for an ambitious person to fill our Order Admin position. As an Order Admin you will learn all facets of a manufacturing environment. You will be exposed and expected to grow in the position as an integral part of the team focused on order processing.
Responsibilities:
Work with the production planning team, the purchasing team and production management personnel.
Stay organized and focused while managing requests from customers and manufacturing personnel.
Input information into Sage Accounting Software.
Reconcile purchasing documents for accurate pricing and inventory.
Coordinate any RMA processes.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers, production planning and purchasing.
Become familiar with customers and account managers to assist if needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma but Business Degree preferred.
Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office Programs but preferred experience in Sage Accounting Software.
Highly motivated self-starter and team-player with the ability to be flexible to changing priorities.
