Job Description:

Do you have a driving desire to improve patient care, improve patient safety and improve clinical outcomes through the use of information systems? As an Epic HIT Implementation Consultant Analyst, you will be helping providers every day to improve patient care, patient safety, clinical outcomes and financials through the use of Epic software. In this consulting position, you advise and assist clinicians in achieving their patient care goals through the effective design, "hands-on" build and testing of Epic software, improving workflows and making them more efficient. Responsibilities include Epic implementations in many of the top hospital and healthcare systems in the USA, enabling you to build on your existing clinical and Epic knowledge and crossing the bridge to the next level of your career where you are part of the most highly sought after and highly compensated Epic Clinical Informatics and HIT consultants in the industry.

Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum of five (5) years of Clinical or Healthcare Information Technology (HIT), with at least three (3) years or more of Epic Design, Hand's On Build and Testing.

  • Epic Ambulatory Certified preferred and highly desireable.

  • Epic Certified or comparable experience in EpicCare Inpatient Order Entry, Willow Inpatient Pharmacy with Inventory Supply Tracking, Willow Inpatient Pharmacy with BD Pyxis Experience, Beaker Clinical Lab and AP expertise and/or Resolute.

  • Ability and willingness to travel weekly to and from the customer site as required by the customer

  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
