This candidate will spearhead process redesign, technology implementation, and organizational change initiatives, while also driving business growth through the development of new client relationships and expanding the sales pipeline. Focus:

Conduct fact-finding sessions with subject matter experts, critically analyze alternatives, and develop comprehensive process and procedure documentation.

Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
Provide direct oversight on the implementation of operations and technology solutions, managing issues, conducting design reviews, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, targeting both local and national markets.
Generate new leads, identify key decision-makers, and present tailored solutions that align with client needs.
Leverage existing networks within relevant industries to expand the firm's market presence and service offerings.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, while maintaining accountability for sales targets and goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional service offerings.
Skill Set:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
A minimum of eight years of consulting experience, with a focus on process improvement and project delivery.
At least five years of experience in B2B Professional Services Sales or Business Development.
Industry experience in healthcare insurance or the broader healthcare sector is highly desirable.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and strong skills in pipeline management and reporting.
Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within insurance and financial services.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
