Product Manager

We thrive on all thing's technology. As a Product Manager at PorchPass, you will own the experiences and applications within our platform. You will be responsible for product implementation and influencing strategy, including research, design, requirements, planning, writing requirements, and validating hypotheses. Leveraging your business knowledge and product vision, you will provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure our platforms are adopted and maximize user growth. This role will focus on solutions within PorchPass credit applications, digital transformation, and pre-manufactured housing dealers, credit applicants, and loan officers. Your goal will be to ensure our solutions are optimal for adoption using insights and focusing on measuring effectiveness with digital solutions. You will also advise upper management and stakeholders on priorities.

Role Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify problems to solve.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, design, and engineering teams to create and validate hypotheses.
  • Write detailed requirements and specifications following best practices.
  • Design implementation plans.
  • Lead implementation according to the plan.
  • Report on product research, development, and performance.
  • Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business and customer impact.
  • Follow agile best practices and ensure the team maintains agility.
  • Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to improve product offerings

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • 5+ years of experience as a product owner/manager in enterprise, B2B, and B2C products.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or financial field.
  • Knowledge of full-cycle product management.
  • Experience leading teams and collaborating with multiple departments, including engineering, design, operations, and leadership.
  • Proven ability to work independently and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with product management tools and software such as Clickup, Jira, Trello, or Asana.

  • Experience in Fintech.
  • Experience optimizing workflows by leveraging technology.
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in agile and scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with mobile home lending or real estate finance.
  • Experience with customer journey mapping and user experience design.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant field
