Magenium Solutions is in search of a Teams Phone Engineer/Architect to assist with integration of On Prem PBX Systems to Teams Voice utilizing Direct Routing and Operator Connect. Five plus years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology (IT) experience or related field OR 3+years voice implementation experience.
Response and Resolution
You own, investigate, and solve complex customer technical issues and act as an advisor to the customer, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
On Site customer implementations and willingness to travel.
Working directly with Solutions Architect to build and deploy Teams Voice Solutions.
Readiness
You deepen your technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve complex customer issues, through training and readiness.
Product/Process Improvement
You engage with Microsoft Engineering/ Supportability teams to investigate issues and help develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools driving Microsoft product improvements.
Required
Product support experience or related work experience.
Strong logical thinking & communication skills
Strong network and, or VoIP experience with underlying technologies such as:
Routing and Switching Protocols,
TCP, DNS, QoS, SIP
VLANs, and WAN protocols and technologies
Experience working with Windows Server, Active Directory
Experience working with SBCs, Firewalls and Direct Routing
Knowledge of Office 365 technologies - particularly Microsoft Teams, Intune, Entra.
Certified MS-720 Teams Voice Engineer, and/or MS-721 Collaborating Communications System Administrator /or MS-740 Troubleshooting Microsoft Teams
