Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Epicor Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for optimizing our ERP system to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and support our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure the Epicor system meets business needs and drives continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize the Epicor ERP system to improve processes and data flow across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Conduct training sessions for staff on Epicor ERP functionalities and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely support to users.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience with Epicor ERP in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
Familiarity with AS9100 quality management system standards (preferred).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams.
