Description
Assist paralegals, attorneys and practice group with the litigation process.
Key Responsibilities Include
Prepare and file the initial pleadings corresponding to bankruptcy and other matters.
Monitor, respond and prepare required pleading for all on-going cases until they are closed.
Assist with billing for specific clients as needed.
Perform conflict checks as needed.
Special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3-4 years previous experience in related practice area
General knowledge of the administrative aspects of litigation proceedings
Ability to effectively communicate with the clients
Microsoft Office; database management skills a plus
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree
