Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of tax compliance and reporting for our company. The successful candidate will ensure that our company remains compliant with all tax laws and regulations and optimize our tax strategy to minimize tax liability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize company tax liabilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all federal, state, and local taxes
Manage relationships with external tax advisors and government agencies
Provide guidance and support to internal teams on tax-related issues and opportunities
Research and analyze tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential tax savings
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline tax compliance and reporting
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting and management
Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
CPA certification (nice to have)
Experience with tax planning and strategy (nice to have)
Experience with Tally, Income Tax, Indirect Tax, and Public Accounting (nice to have)
