Audit Manager (Hybrid) Job Location (Louisville KY) Position Overview We are storied midsized firm seeking a highly experienced Audit Manager to oversee our audit team and ensure that all financial statements are accurate and compliant with GAAP regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing audits, preparing financial statements, and providing guidance to junior staff members. We are a growing firm in bustling Louisville KY and Brentwood TN serving our clients for over 30 years. We have a track record of taking care of our clients and our family!
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee audits for various clients
Prepare and review financial statements and reports
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
Ensure compliance with GAAP regulations
Maintain and develop client relationships
Assist with the development of audit plans and procedures
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Audit
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Highly Preferred - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
Experience in Public Accounting and Assurance
Strong knowledge of GAAP regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
