Job Overview:
As an Entry-Level Helpdesk Analyst, you will serve as the first point of contact for our employees' technical issues while also taking on the role of Permissions Analyst. You will handle the setup of access permissions for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary access to systems and applications. This position offers an opportunity to learn about SOX compliance and ERPs while working closely with your team lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Assist in setting up access permissions for new hires, modifying and managing their accounts in Active Directory.
Document and track issues in the ServiceNow ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
Perform Excel data entry to maintain accurate records of permissions and access setups.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
Proficient in Excel with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
