Position Summary
The ServiceNow HR Consultant provides critical operational and technical consultative guidance, focusing on collecting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Collaborating closely with the IT ServiceNow team, this role ensures the successful implementation of these requirements within the Human Capital HRSD platform. The analyst will configure basic enhancements and changes to the HRSD platform in partnership with IT ServiceNow developers. Additionally, the analyst will offer strategic oversight as well as advising on best practices for optimizing the ServiceNow platform.
Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum 8 years' experience in a lead/consultant role in ServiceNow implementation projects.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience serving as a scrum master.
Ability to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience conducting workshops, user interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation, such as user stories, sprint backlogs, and release plans.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and analytics capabilities.
