We are looking for a Network Engineer to support the Willow's expanding needs as we continue to grow our business. Must be self-driven and self-motivated to achieve results within time frames available.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the Corporate I.T. infrastructure, including but not limited to servers, backups, storage, networks, and other critical systems.
Help the company grow by formulating and executing long-term corporate I.T. strategies.
Troubleshoot network issues that could impact business performance.
Perform system log analysis to uncover latent issues. Recommend best course-of-action.
Provide white-glove support to the C-Suite.
Perform on-site and remote technical support.
Conduct I.T. System audits.
Manage I.T. budget and vendor relationships.
Create a knowledge base in the Ticketing System to aid future troubleshooting efforts.
Document workflow.
Create scripts to automate tasks.
Work with vendors to troubleshoot hardware/software or service issues. RMA faulty hardware.
Assist with various I.T.-related tasks (e.g. racking servers, troubleshooting network issues, cable management).
Occasional after-hours support required.
Be organized and knowledgeable on project details and industry trends.
Deliver results with strong emphasis on quality and timelines.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Advanced working knowledge of TCP/IP.
Proficiency with major cloud provider platforms (AWS & Azure).
Experience and working knowledge of the following:
CISCO IOS
Palo Alto
2FA Device Enrollment (e.g. CISCO DUO)
SD-WAN
Syslog
SNMP
Mobile Device Management
Ticketing Software (e.g. Manage Engine, Service NOW, ZENDesk, etc)
Ability to identify and implement automation opportunities.
Experience with Windows administration tasks (e.g. creating user accounts, managing file-sharing permissions).
Knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, Arch Linux) and macOS (Sonoma and earlier versions) environments is desired.
Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong process orientation and documentation abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with exciting work and a fun team.

Physical requirements/Work Environment:
This position is full time on site, located in Irvine, CA.
This position primarily works in an office. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. This position requires sitting for long periods of time in front of a computer display or other digital devices. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May require standing for extended periods when facilitating meetings, walking in the facilities. Some travel may be required so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license is required.
