Global Customer Success, Business Systems Administrator (Atlanta, GA)

The GCS Business Systems Administrator will own employee metadata and permissions for Global Customer Service tools and systems. This Full-Time position may require weekend, holiday, daytime, and/or evening hours.

This role will begin as in-office 5 days per week for the first 3-6 months and then will shift to in-office 3 days per week to ensure cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Configure, maintain, and analyze applications integral to GCS operations
  • Develop comprehensive reports and analyses aimed at cost reduction, process enhancement, and vendor contract optimization, aligning with organizational goals
  • Spearhead the design and implementation of streamlined processes to accommodate evolving roles, systems, and operational demands, prioritizing efficiency and adaptability.
  • Support implementation of new software releases, including impact analysis, regression testing, scheduling, and change management.
  • Ensure seamless access and system provisioning for GCS personnel during onboarding and offboarding, collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for system-related issues and bugs while navigating escalation channels within the organization as-needed.
  • Independently collect and analyze data to identify root causes of system issues, proactively optimizing system functionality and performance.
  • Maintain proficiency in GCS systems, including Twilio, Amazon Connect, and StubHub proprietary tools.
  • Conduct regular audits to validate employee permissions and metadata accuracy within GCS systems, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Provide support for strategic initiatives, leveraging analytical insights and documenting business requirements to drive operational efficiency and system enhancement

Who You Are

  • Attention to detail - Accurately and thoroughly accomplishing tasks, ensuring precision and quality in work output.
  • Technical Proficiency - Expertise in system configuration, maintenance, and analysis, coupled with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Work process optimization - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Analytical Skills - Proficiency in data analysis and root cause identification to address system issues and drive operational improvements.
  • Communication - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

What You've Done

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years working in Customer Service or with Customer Service teams.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM softwares.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Salesforce, or similar software.
