Key Responsibilities:

-Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a talented team dedicated to delivering top-notch support for our enterprise applications, ensuring exceptional performance and user satisfaction! ????

-Application Management: Oversee the dynamic development, delivery, and maintenance of enterprise applications using a cutting-edge, cloud-first approach. ???

-Resource Planning: Strategically mix internal and external resources to meet evolving operational demands and project needs. ????

-Integration Architecture: Champion secure and reliable integration across all systems, making technology work seamlessly for everyone! ????

-Budget Management: Craft and manage the annual budget for data-related activities while tracking variances with precision. ????????

-Vendor Relations: Negotiate and nurture relationships with vendors to ensure top-quality service delivery and performance. ????

-Access Control: Establish robust user provisioning and access control processes to safeguard our systems and data. ????

-ITIL Practices: Implement ITIL-compliant practices for incident, problem, and change management to enhance operational efficiency. ??

-Disaster Recovery: Design and maintain effective disaster recovery plans, ensuring business continuity in all scenarios. ?????

-Team Development: Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing workforce that's passionate about technology and innovation! ????

-Metrics Reporting: Define and share key application support metrics to track progress and drive improvements. ????

-Project Management: Lead projects with a focus on achieving goals, improving efficiencies, and resolving challenges creatively! ????

Qualifications:

-Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus! ????

-Experience: Minimum of 10 years in enterprise business applications and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). ????

-Leadership: Proven track record in leading teams that support ERP systems and integrations across various functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.). ????

-Technical Strategy: Expertise in defining technical application strategies, especially with a cloud-first approach, including API and integration. ??????

-Vendor Management: Strong experience managing vendor relationships across diverse locations. ????

-ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL practices related to governance and incident/change management. ????

-Emotional Intelligence: Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders. ????

-Management Skills: Demonstrated ability in budget development, policy implementation, and team training. ????

-Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills fit for executive-level interactions. ?????
