About the Role -
Responsibilities
Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
Compile and analyze data related to business' issues
Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion
Utilize APIs, Microsoft Office 365 tools, and other third-party automation software to create automated data retrieval from various data platforms
Utilize Microsoft Office 365 tools and other third-party automation software to process, store, report on, and communicate data
Utilize best practices for file and folder naming, storage, organization, and security to
isolate workflow folders and files from the rest of the cloud data storage environment to facilitate easy workflow management and updates and prevent interference and linkage interruptions from incidental interactions from other users
easily distinguish active files from abandoned, temporary, or test files
Implement and maintain test cases for data processes to prove accuracy of outputs and facilitate dataflow troubleshooting as processes are modified and expanded
Implement data archiving practices to preserve historical data outputs with efficient storage
Create and maintain up-to-date documentation of processes with flow diagrams, procedures, manuals, and commentary to record and explain locations, functions, inputs, and outputs of files and their various connections.
Use Microsoft Office 365 Power Apps or other third-party tools to create and maintain applications to facilitate completion, records storage, and records retrieval for regular business and site operations practices, such as purchase order and invoice management, site daily inspections, and visitor logs
Use Microsoft Office 365 Power BI to create and manage dashboards for tracking of key performance indicators and business obligations

Proficient with formatting and presentation within Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Preferred Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
