Join our team and help drive the future of American-produced liquefied natural gas at a leading low-cost provider! We're on the lookout for a skilled **Application Specialist** to support our procurement processes, focusing on Contract Lifecycle Management and Supplier Information Management.
???? Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and administer our application platforms to meet evolving business needs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for procurement-related platforms, advising on best practices and system capabilities. ????
- Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring compliance with the principle of least privilege access.
- Oversee workflow configurations and governance across all modules.
- Administer integrations with SAP and other applications tied to procurement platforms. ????
- Provide top-notch technical support, troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
- Develop comprehensive documentation to support training and change management activities. ????
- Collaborate with business users to identify gaps and drive continuous process optimization.
- Address production issues using ITSM tools, resolving incidents and service tickets efficiently.
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Work alongside multiple business units in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
- Liaise with vendors on application enhancements and patches, ensuring compliance with our patching policies.
- Write application-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Offer technical insights to ensure applications are scalable and aligned with our long-term goals.
- Be a self-starter in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with strong interpersonal skills. ????
- Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and adapt to ongoing changes.
- Maintain exceptional security and confidentiality practices with sensitive data.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of application architectures and processes.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
???? Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, engineering, information systems) or equivalent experience.
- 3-10 years of experience with procurement platforms like Coupa, Ariba, or SAP, with strong knowledge across all modules (P2P, CLM, SIM, Sourcing, etc.).
- Proven skills in implementing efficient approval workflows.
- Strong expertise in user access security and account restrictions.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Excellent business process analysis and redesign experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship management abilities. ?
- Customer-service oriented with the ability to adapt to ongoing changes.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry or a similar field is a plus.
