Position Details:
Title: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Rio Rancho, NM 87144
Training: 5 Weeks - Perfect attendance is required
Start Date: 18th November 2024
Working Hours: 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm
After training you will get Hybrid work (3 days onsite 2 remote)
Responsibilities: • We are looking for motivated, hard-working professionals to join our growing Technical Support team in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. • Potential candidates should possess strong customer service skills with the ability to provide technical support over the phone and through online chat to their commercial customers. • These individuals will be responsible for supporting an advanced ELITE laptop platform. • The job includes competitive pay, in-depth technical training, excellent culture & environment, and strong opportunities for career advancement and development within the technology industry.
Required Skills: • PC Hardware knowledge • Strong phone support experience • Strong computer skills. • Desire to work in a team-oriented environment • HS Diploma or GED
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $35000 - $39000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
