Shift: 9 am to 3 pm (1st Shift); 30 hours per week with possibility for 40 hours
Pay Range: $25 - $29 per hour on W2
Job Description:
Create and Manage training content building for global audience (English, Spanish and Portuguese (Brazil)
Review and/or copyedit content developed by other team members
Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications including multiple communication channels.
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance. Create actionable deliverables such as the Resistance Management Plan
Evaluate and ensure user readiness, Track, and report issues
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
Support change management at the organizational level among global cross functional teams
Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure communication milestones and training topics are addressed
