An employer sitting in East Los Angeles, CA is looking to hire a hybrid Project Manager to support the migration of their customer facing processing system, handling up to 70,000+ customers. This person will be acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, communicating deliverables, and accounting for deadlines. This is a multi-phase project that this person will be involved in, engaging cross functionally with different departments, and gaining feedback from various parties. Currently, the project is in the build phase, which is where this Project Manager will come into help and identify future phases. They will additionally be responsible for identifying mistakes or bugs in the technology, quality control testing, and tracking design work.
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's Degree in any related field
Project Management certification
5-7+ years of Project Management experience in any customer service technology project
Understanding multi-phase projects, tracking deliverables, quality control testing, cross-stakeholder engagement etc.
Great communication skills, leadership communication
Compensation: $45-$65/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
