Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing ground-up commercial projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to completion.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically with ground-up commercial projects.
