Position Overview
The Operations Program Manager will be responsible for driving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to utilization and operational processes to ensure the delivery of uninterrupted, high-quality patient care. This role requires a strategic and data-driven individual who can manage cross-functional projects, develop innovative solutions to positively impact assigned metrics, and implement process improvements to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Program Development and Management:
Develop and implement programs to streamline operational workflows and enhance overall team efficiency, focusing on driving key performance indicators (KPIs) across the department.
Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain operational readiness across all business functions, including licensing, auditing, and process optimization.
Operational and Technology Enhancements:
Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to optimize healthcare delivery processes.
Innovate and refine processes to boost efficiency and patient engagement across our various teams of Member Support, Medical Liaisons, and Medical Providers, while tracking progress against performance metrics.
Leadership and Strategic Oversight:
Interface regularly with senior leaders to align operational strategies with company goals, providing updates on KPI progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Facilitate communication and process standardization among medical staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management required, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Proficiency in operational improvement projects, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and performance tracking.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive program success across multiple teams, inspiring a results-oriented culture.
Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
