This role requires the ability to handle complex calls in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate with have experience answering customer questions, providing updates, and order entry.
Type: Temporary-Hire
Location: Knoxville, TN- 100% On-Site
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
Job Duties:
Emphasize product/service features and benefits, estimate projects, and prepare sales order.
Support the efforts of the Company outside commercial salesperson in your area.
Maintain up to date knowledge on products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and complete information to both internal and external customers.
Collaborate with colleagues to support various administrative and operational tasks.
Assist other departments as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Escalate customer conflicts in a timely manner.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance.
Review open orders and provide real-time updates to customers.
Place orders into the system.
What you'll need:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience
The ideal individual exercises good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills
