As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing our Digital Supply Chain Network by managing projects related to enterprise and supplier integration and onboarding, as well as analytics implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, working closely with sales, customer service, and technical teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and deliver a high-impact product experience for our customers in the building trades.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reports & Analytics:Implement and manage Google Analytics GA4 tagging, along with Clarity and Userflow analytics, to track and analyze heatmaps, user behavior, and engagement metrics, providing actionable insights for product enhancements.
Conduct in-depth performance analysis to identify trends and insights that inform tactical decisions focused on optimizing key metrics, including conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention
Research and Feedback:Conduct research to understand customer segments within the building trades industry based on their specific needs and trades.
Engage in research on new tools for contractors to identify potential enhancements and valuable integrations.
Gather and assess feedback on new features, ensuring that ongoing improvements align with user expectations and supply chain requirements. Develop and execute A/B tests and other experiments to gather and assess feedback on new features, ensuring that ongoing improvements align with user needs.
Enterprise Integration:Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams, as well as enterprise customers, to understand onboarding requirements and document the process.
Lead the onboarding and integration process for enterprise customers, overseeing API and flat-file integrations.
Supplier Integration:Manage supplier integration projects, order automation with suppliers, and punchout capabilities with suppliers.
Define and document supplier integration and punchout requirements, ensuring alignment with supplier systems and standards.
Drive initiatives for new supplier onboarding and provide ongoing support to maintain seamless supplier connections within the network.
Product Development & Feature Management:Lead the requirements gathering process with stakeholders, ensuring detailed and aligned feature documentation.
Coordinate feature development, authoring product specifications that support business goals and the needs of building trades customers.
Collaborate with QA teams to validate new features and integrations, ensuring they meet quality standards and user needs.
Continuously gather and incorporate feedback on new features, prioritizing enhancements for an improved customer experience within the digital supply chain.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Product Management, or related fields
Experience:
5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in tactical product management, with a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Data analysis tools:
Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, and Userflow analytics.
Ability to interpret analytics data, including heatmaps, customer behavior, and engagement patterns.
Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of API integrations, punchout processes, and procurement workflows.
Skilled in conducting user research and gathering customer insights to drive product strategy for building trades.
Communication & Documentation:Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise product requirements and implementation details.
Excellent documentation skills to support process documentation, feature specifications, and requirements gathering.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Background in B2B procurement, supply chain management, or related fields.
Experience with UX research methodologies to support feature optimization.
