Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of field operations managers, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve high performance and meet goals.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of solar projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate project progress, address challenges, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the field operations team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Solar
- 2+ years of management experience in the solar industry
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and installation practices.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams, emphasizing accountability, performance management, and employee development.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
