Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management
Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, emails, and website updates.
Manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent publishing across channels.
Email Marketing
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, from copywriting to audience segmentation.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, visuals, and messaging to improve open and click-through rates.
SEO & Content Optimization
Perform keyword research to optimize website content for search engines.
Analyze content performance to identify areas for improvement and drive organic growth.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM reports.
Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, website traffic, lead generation, and other key KPIs.
Event & Campaign Support
Support event planning and execution, both in-person and virtual, to promote brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer support teams for alignment and campaign success.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
