Senior Associate, Client Operations
This role is responsible for overseeing client operations, serving as the main contact for Investment Teams, and driving operational improvements. The Senior Associate will work with junior team members to ensure high-quality client service and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentor junior team members, guiding task prioritization, time management, and effective communication.
Address and resolve complex operational questions as the primary escalation point.
Conduct performance reviews for assigned team members.
Gain expertise in operational processes and portfolio systems to support team needs.
Ensure exceptional service for both Institutional and Private clients by managing timely and accurate portfolio actions.
Review and approve client reports, execution instructions, and related documentation.
Collaborate with Investment Teams and internal partners to foster client relationships.
Participate in client planning meetings to provide operational insights.
Identify and recommend process improvements and contribute to strategic system projects.
Qualifications:
4-5+ years of experience, ideally in investment operations.
Background in facing clients internally and externally
Supervisory experience is a plus.
Experience with trade execution and change in allocation
Strong multitasking, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Team-oriented, with high integrity and a commitment to supporting the organization's success.
