About the Company - Our client is currently seeking a Manager, IT Infrastructure to build out the network and server infrastructure of a new manufacturing plant (600,000+sqft.) in Waco, Texas. This individual will be reporting directly to the Plant Operations Directly and asked to travel to Mexico early in their tenure for a tech needs assessment, learn the plants processes and systems while training in GDL MX. Then, leverage that information to replicate the environment and processes in Waco. This individual must be bi-lingual (Spanish & English) and be open to traveling two weeks out of the month early in their tenure and the travel will tapper down to around 20-25% once the plant is built.

Budget Managment: forecasting, etc. Future Planning, system monitoring and troubleshooting for 150-250 employees.

Qualifications - Strong manufacturing background and experience Strong Infrastructure Project Managment experience Strong communication and presentation skills (fluency in Spanish & English) Ability to travel to Mexico (simi-regularly ~25%) Knowledge and experience with SAP Strong background with Microsoft Suite of Products
Pay range and compensation package - 150,000-175,000 with great benefits
