Titania Solutions Group (Titania) is seeking a dedicated and detail oriented All Source Analyst Instructor to join the Titania Team on the Huachuca Training and Support Contract (HTASC) in support of the United States Army Intelligence's Center of Excellence's (USAICOE).
Pay Range: $75k - $85k annually
Schedule: FT onsite at Fort Huachuca

Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of Army doctrine.
Must have received an Honorable discharge from military service.
Six (6) years or more operational experience as a 35F, 350F, 350B, or 35D (or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or other U.S. Government agency) conducting all source intelligence operations in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years.
Have completed a military leadership course (i.e. BLC, ALC, SLC, WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, or MICCC).
Experience in Military Map Reading, Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB), Military Symbology, the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), briefings, analytical writing, Targeting, and experience operating current automated Intelligence Information Processing Systems.
Current experience related to current MI doctrine, recent (draft) changes and fielding of the Army Field Manuals, Army Regulations and Department of Defense Directives (DoDD) relating to Intelligence Operations
Experience with the DCGS-A and other automated toolsets.
Certifications:
Possess certification in CFDP-IC Common Faculty Development Program - Instructor Course CFDP-IC, and Small Group Instructor Training Course [SGITC] or DOD /Service equivalent program certifications. Must pass on first time attendance if not currently certified.
Summary:
In this role, you will have the primary responsibility to train and instruct US Army Soldiers undergoing training and development at the US Army's Intelligence Center of Excellence's 35F10 (All Source Analyst) Course. You will develop tests and visual aids as well as coordinate class arrangements, conduct training classes, and develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. You will have opportunities to keep abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. You will assist with and develop in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs. Your contributions will influence the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards for students and instructors.
