Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage global eCommerce P&L, including budgets, costs, revenue, and profitability forecasts, while setting and achieving sales targets.
Lead a lean, high-performing team overseeing direct-to-consumer platforms, marketplace operations, and agency partnerships, collaborating with wholesale teams to enhance partner site performance.
Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on digital acquisition, retention, and site optimization.
Oversee digital campaigns, including email/SMS, paid social, search, affiliate programs, and SEO, ensuring strong performance and measurable outcomes.
Manage regional websites to deliver seamless, user-friendly experiences aligned with UX/UI best practices, while optimizing for organic and paid traffic growth.
Coordinate the eCommerce calendar, aligning creative assets and promotional content with business timelines and goals.
Lead day-to-day marketplace management across Amazon to ensure optimized and updated product listings, driving visibility, conversion, and sales growth. Oversee brand storefronts to effectively showcase products and strengthen brand presence.
Develop and execute Amazon advertising strategies, optimizing campaigns and bids to maximize ROAS and support overall eCommerce objectives.
Utilize strong expertise with Amazon advertising tools to enhance campaign performance and align with brand strategy.
Enhance the loyalty program to drive engagement, brand loyalty, and long-term customer value.
Partner with supply chain teams to ensure accurate demand planning and timely product distribution.
Utilize data analytics to guide strategic decisions, report performance trends, and identify growth opportunities.
Foster a collaborative team environment through feedback, training, and professional development opportunities.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Ensure platform security and compliance with global data privacy regulations.
Required Skills and Expertise:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
7-10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in leadership; background in consumer goods or retail is a plus.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing eCommerce strategies.
Expertise in digital marketing, retention strategies, SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
Familiar with eCommerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
Experience in global eCommerce operations (e.g., US, EMEA, ANZ) preferred.
Experience managing Amazon or e-retail channels alongside owned eCommerce platforms.
Collaborative leader with a hands-on approach, fostering trust and team development.
Skilled in data analysis with a focus on actionable insights.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
Familiar with GDPR and other regulatory frameworks for customers in the UK, California, and Europe.
