The Operational Readiness Project Manager will be responsible for defining, planning, and delivery of complex healthcare operational readiness projects that require cross-functional collaboration and management for a group of internal employees and contractors that serve on the project(s). This person will be excellent at multitasking multiple projects, developing cross-functional teams, process improvement, and the ability to work with all levels of the organization, leveraging internal and external relationships to successfully complete projects on time. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional project management skills, a solid understanding of healthcare IT practices, and experience in healthcare operations.
The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Works with the Healthcare IT Division leadership and Healthcare Organizations to achieve pre- and post-live operational readiness and project strategies.
Lead and execute vendor management strategies for assigned Healthcare Hospitals and Clinics across the US.
Monitor, evaluate and report on project status inclusive of scope, schedule, budget and alignment to Program and strategic goals.
Developing and leading operational readiness EHR projects.
Lead meetings with Project Teams throughout the project lifecycle to assist with tasks and process improvements.
Engaging in projects involving healthcare systems, complex academic medical centers, community-based hospitals, small clinic rollouts, and independent physician groups.
Coordinate and direct large-scale issues to appropriate teams during the lifecycle of operational readiness projects.
Lead the identification process of operational readiness resource staffing skillsets and numbers.
Mentor operational readiness team leaders and serve as a point of contact and resource throughout the project.
Lead operational readiness teams in the development and maintenance of comprehensive plans for successful operational readiness programs.
Direct corrective action as needed to maintain the viability of a project.
Develop and maintain highly responsive and positive customer relationships with exceptional levels of communication.
Adhere to CSI project management methods, project lifecycle methodologies, and audit requirements.
Conducts regular project reviews and assessments to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
Champions a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the project management team and across the organization.
Stays informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management, and incorporate relevant insights into project management strategies.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, streamline processes, and drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Represents the project management team in meetings, presentations, and discussions with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and expertise.
Aligns with CSI's and clients' diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Travel Requirement: Up to 25%
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.
3+years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Familiarity with Epic methodology and tools, certifications, and training required.
PMP and/or LEAN certification strongly preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
Experience with various project methodologies and certifications such as SCRUM and Agile strongly preferred.
Strong leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive performance.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and information to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and make data-driven decisions.
Detail-oriented with a complete focus on quality results/deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.

Self-motivated and works independently with minimal guidance.
